We are seeking a results driven and persuasive Telesales Representative to join our team. This role is critical in driving sales by proactively reaching out to potential customers, explaining our offerings, and converting leads into business. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients and existing customers to promote and sell company products and services. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and answer customer questions to help them make informed decisions. Manage inbound sales inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses. Send follow-up and promotional emails to prospects and existing customers to support sales efforts. Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs effectively. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, emails, and sales activities in CRM software. Follow up with prospects and customers to nurture relationships and secure repeat business. Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve products and sales strategies. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills. Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred 02 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or direct sales roles. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and turn them into sales opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
