Job Summary

Sales Coordinator



Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales representatives with appointment scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks
  • Maintain and update client information in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho
  • Handle end-to-end order processing, from receiving sales orders to coordinating with logistics and finance for timely delivery and invoicing
  • Respond to customer queries, handle complaints, and provide post-sale support to strengthen client relationships
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist in forecasting
  • Collaborate on organizing trade fairs, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
  • Manage promotional material inventory, such as catalogs, flyers, and product samples
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales process for increased efficiency


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of basic sales and customer service concepts
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative work approach
