Our mission is to become India’s largest media advertising company. Key Responsibilities: Client Follow-up and Analysis: Ensure timely and effective follow-up with clients. Generate and analyze reports for each salesperson's client interactions. Lead Generation and Allocation: Utilize web mining to search for potential clients and provide leads to the sales team. Allocate clients to new team members and facilitate client transfers as needed. Backend Sales (Non-Field Role): Handle sales responsibilities from the office, including coordination with clients, proposal sharing, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the sales team to support day-to-day sales operations and closures. Maintain accurate records of communication, deals, and client requirements. Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables. WhatsApp Group Management: Track WhatsApp groups regularly, ensuring updated group descriptions. Monthly Business and Performance Reporting: Prepare Business Sheet on 26th/27th of every month. Compile performance sheets by the 1st of every next month. New Joinee Orientation and Training: Conduct orientation and training sessions for new team members. Administer site visits to track the progress of new joiners. Client Relationship Management (CRM): Create new clients through CRF. Conduct audits on client follow-ups and new business development. NAV Software Management: Make necessary changes to NAV software for salespersons. Resolve NAV software issues with the IT/NAV team. Proposal and Plan Development: Assist in proposal and plan creation. Database and Billing Management: o  Maintain a comprehensive database of purchase orders. o  Monitor pending billing and ensure timely resolution. Meeting Support: o  Prepare minutes of meetings. o  Assist in miscellaneous tasks during team meetings. Team Training and Communication: o  Conduct training sessions for the sales team. o  Enhance communication skills within the team. MIS and Reporting: o  Manage MIS for sales and other departments if required. o  Action emails promptly. Ad Hoc Tasks: o  Undertake any task assigned by the MD Sir. Understanding Report and MOM: o  Prepare understanding reports every 3rd day. o  Discuss findings with HOD and create MOM. Media and Product Knowledge: o  Gain complete knowledge of media and products. o  Undertake weekly media knowledge tests. Sales Skills Enhancement: o  Accompany salespersons on weekly visits for insight into sales pitching and site knowledge. o  Focus on improving overall sales skills. REQUIREMENTS·        Educational Qualification: o   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. o   MBA in Marketing or related field preferred (Freshers with MBA can apply). ·        Experience: o   1+ years in sales coordination, client servicing, or backend sales. o   MBA (Marketing) freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. ·        Technical Skills: o   Strong command of Advanced Excel and MS PowerPoint. o   Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. ·        Soft Skills: o   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o   Strong organizational and time management abilities. o   A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
