We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving business growth at Indore location. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales coordination and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction while helping the team achieve its objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules and customer meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Track sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-10 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
