Job Description

Sales Coordinator | Client Relationship Manager

Gurugram | Jack Martin | No.1 Home Audio Brand


Client Relationship Management:

  • Be the single point of contact for all existing B2B clients (distributors, dealers, and channel partners) across India.
  • Maintain warm relationships through regular calls, WhatsApp updates, order support, and timely coordination.
  • Implement KIT (Keep-in-Touch) and ARC (Affinity, Reality, Communication) strategies to enhance client loyalty.

Sales Coordination:

  • Coordinate daily with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless order processing and dispatch.
  • Share product availability, pricing, and offers with clients in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on payments, outstanding balances, and documentation as required.

After-Sales Support:

  • Handle client issues, service queries, and complaints with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Coordinate with the service and logistics teams for fast resolution.
  • Track resolution timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.

Data & Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed CRM records of each client including communication history, buying patterns, and follow-ups.
  • Generate weekly reports on repeat orders, client satisfaction, and churn risks.
  • Track dead stock and reorder patterns to suggest proactive solutions.

Engagement & Retention:

  • Send monthly engagement messages, festive greetings, new launches, and relevant content via WhatsApp and email.
  • Assist in execution of client-focused campaigns, feedback loops, and retention strategies.

  • Has excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
  • Can use WhatsApp Business, Excel, CRM tools, and coordinate across departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • 3-6 years of experience in Sales Coordination / CRM / Account Management.
  • Experience in Electronics / Distribution / B2B domains is a bonus.
