Job description- Sales Coordinator   Company Name – ICV Assessments Pvt. Ltd. Location – Noida, Sector -64 Experience – 06 Months to 2 (Years) Working Days – 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Joiner - immediate Profile Review   We are looking for dynamic sales executives who are open to learn and achieve their sales. We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Full-Time Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidates, whether experienced or fresher, will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing key sales activities and contributing to the achievement of team goals.   Role & Responsibilities: Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing ICV Assessments products/services. Identify potential leads and set appointments or direct them to relevant sales processes. • Building Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Research and identify new business opportunities in target markets. • Handling Client Concerns: Listen to client concerns with empathy and understanding. Use product knowledge and persuasive communication to address challenges and move the sales process forward. • Sales Closures: Close deals effectively by presenting tailored solutions to clients. Negotiate terms, prices, and conditions to finalize the sale. • Sales Target Achievement: Track and report on sales progress regularly to management. Be proactive in taking actions to achieve consistent growth in sales         Required Candidate profile   ·        Excellent communication skills ·        Strong prospecting & business development skills ·        Ability to pitch & present solutions to decision-makers ·        Analytical mindset, trends ·        Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. ·        Self-motivated and goal-oriented. ·        Ability to work independently and within a team. ·        Time management and organisational skills. ·        Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales, pre-sales processes, and sales prospecting techniques
