Job Description

Generating Quotes, Proposals, sharing and follow up with customers.
Coordinating with all OEMs for Bill of material, prices, discounts etc.
Leads distribution received on Portal
Tracking sales orders and coordinating with customers for material delivery dates and invoices.
Follow up on leads and coordinating with account managers throughout the sales process.
Follow up with customers regarding PO
Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly

Requirements

Self-learner who is abreast of the latest in technology, competition, and the industry landscape
Possess good written and verbal communication skills
Pleasing personality and should be a good team player

Self-driven individual with the go-getter attitude
Personal integrity in commercial dealing and working
