About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to handle complete post-sales operations. The ideal candidate should be good at follow-ups, coordination, and ensuring smooth customer support after sales.
Key Responsibilities
Customer follow-ups and post-sales support
Coordination with vendors
Dispatch management
Handling transportation & tracking
Complaint handling & resolution
Payment follow-ups
Maintaining CRM data and daily reports
Occasional Sunday availability (only if required)
Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in CRM / coordination / post-sales
Strong communication & follow-up skills
Knowledge of dispatch & logistics
