Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications Create and post job advertisements on job boards, career pages, and social media Source candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and networking Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct preliminary interviews via phone, video, or in person Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate pipelines for various roles Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Apna) Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Preferred Skills: Experience recruiting for [industry-specific] roles Knowledge of behavioural interview techniques Good Communication Skill
