Job Description

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the field sales team with administrative activities such as preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain and organize sales records, customer databases, and periodic sales reports.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure high standards of customer service.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends.
Support marketing and sales campaigns as required.

Requirements:

Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in
Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering
.
Experience:
1- 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Outstanding
freshers
may also apply.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude with enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction.
