Job Title – Sales Co-ordinator

ocation – Pimpri (Pune), Head Office


Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with a 

focus on key accounts, project sales enquiries, and invoicing support. The ideal candidate will play a 

vital role in ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, clients, and internal 

departments, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our sales operations.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Key Account Support

 Serve as the primary support contact for key account clients.

 Coordinate with account managers to manage client requirements, order processing, and 

follow-ups.

 Maintain up-to-date records of key account activities, proposals, and communication.

 Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and service-related issues.

2. Project Sales Enquiries & Support

 Handle incoming project sales enquiries and assist in preparing quotations and proposals.

 Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, etc.) to gather necessary information for 

project bids.

 Track and follow up on project leads, maintaining regular communication with clients.

 Support the sales team with documentation, project tracking, and reporting.

3. Invoicing Support

 Assist the finance and sales teams in the preparation and verification of invoices.

 Ensure accurate and timely billing based on project and sales data.

 Provide backup support for invoicing tasks during peak times or staff absence.

 Coordinate with clients for invoice-related queries and resolution.


Qualifications & Experience:


 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role (preferably in B2B/project 

sales).

 Strong organizational and communication skills.

 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a 

plus.

 Ability to multitask and prioritize work under tight deadlines.

 Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
