We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with a
focus on key accounts, project sales enquiries, and invoicing support. The ideal candidate will play a
vital role in ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, clients, and internal
departments, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our sales operations.
1. Key Account Support
Serve as the primary support contact for key account clients.
Coordinate with account managers to manage client requirements, order processing, and
follow-ups.
Maintain up-to-date records of key account activities, proposals, and communication.
Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and service-related issues.
2. Project Sales Enquiries & Support
Handle incoming project sales enquiries and assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, etc.) to gather necessary information for
project bids.
Track and follow up on project leads, maintaining regular communication with clients.
Support the sales team with documentation, project tracking, and reporting.
3. Invoicing Support
Assist the finance and sales teams in the preparation and verification of invoices.
Ensure accurate and timely billing based on project and sales data.
Provide backup support for invoicing tasks during peak times or staff absence.
Coordinate with clients for invoice-related queries and resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role (preferably in B2B/project
sales).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a
plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
