Founded in 1956, Finolex Cables Ltd started as a small-scale industrial unit manufacturing PVC insulated cables for the automobile industry. The company's growth led to its transformation into a limited company in 1972. Following a public offering in 1983, Finolex Cables Limited became the largest cable manufacturer in the country.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager- Lighting located in Pune. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the lighting sector.

Qualifications

Sales Management and Business Development skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of the lighting industry and products
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
Experience in managing a sales team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
