Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team within the Mechanical Engineering sector. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, preparing presentations, and engaging with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and handling inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to both internal teams and potential clients.
• Support negotiations with clients by providing technical insights and coordinating with engineering and design teams.
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients, sales, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduate/fresher preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
