Rainbow Packaging is a leading manufacturer of eco-friendly and customized carry bags based in Mumbai. We cater to corporate clients, gifting companies, and traders across India. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage client communication, follow-ups, and sales team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with existing clients to maintain strong business relationships.
• Attend and respond to inquiries generated from campaigns, exhibitions, Indiamart, and social media.
• Handle cold calling to B2B clients to generate new leads.
• Coordinate inquiries with the sales team and ensure timely follow-up.
• Send catalogs, product details, and quotations to clients.
• Independently close small inquiries/orders through calls or emails.
• Ensure every inquiry is properly attended and replied to promptly.
• Maintain organized data of all inquiries received and update their status regularly.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Coordinate with design, production, and accounts teams for samples, quotations, and order updates.
• Ensure every inquiry from exhibitions, campaigns, or references is properly recorded, assigned, and followed up until closure.
• Prepare weekly inquiry and follow-up reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (any stream) with 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or client servicing.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic CRM tools.
• Comfortable with phone and email communication for B2B clients.
• Familiarity with Indiamart portal and social media inquiries.
• Organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.

• Experience in a manufacturing or trading company.
• Professional, polite, and customer-service-oriented approach.
• Quick learner with an interest in understanding products and client needs.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize inquiries efficiently.

Work Timings:

Monday to Saturday – 11:00 am to 7:00 pm

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
