Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries and update CRM & customer data.
  • Coordinate sample requests, dispatch details, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain Customer Master Data and KYC updates.
  • Share MSDS/TDS, prepare presentations & meeting minutes.
  • Send greeting emails to customers on special occasions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in Sales Coordination / Backend Support.
  • Proficient in Tally Prime & MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
