Assistant Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in coordinating and executing all phases of project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves close collaboration with team members, vendors, and clients to support planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation. The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in maintaining project organization, tracking progress, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day project activities, including scheduling, task tracking, and follow-ups to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure project records and documentations are up to date and well organised.
• Preparation of relevant documents as required.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliverables
• Monitor project activities to detect potential challenges or risks early, and collaborate with the Project Manager and team members to implement effective solutions.
• Draft and distribute progress reports, meeting minutes, action items, and other key documentation to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned
• Coordinate team activities and ensure timely completion of tasks/projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 0 - 2 years' of relevant experience

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must have good communication skill
• Must have presentation skill
• Should have knowledge of concept & basic engineering
