Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator (Fresher) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals just starting their marketing careers who possess strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro. In this role, you will play a key part in executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling visual content, and supporting the overall marketing strategy of our organization.

Key

• Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, flyers, and promotional content using Adobe Photoshop.
• Create, edit, and produce engaging video content for digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Support the marketing team in planning and executing online and offline campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Assist with managing the company’s social media presence, including scheduling and posting content.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest design and video trends to keep our marketing materials fresh and engaging.

Required Qualifications:

• Fresher/Entry-Level: This position is open only to any fresher or recent graduates.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop: Ability to create and edit images, graphics, and visual assets for various digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro: Ability to edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing purposes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and highly motivated to build a career in marketing.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
