About the Role:

We are seeking a confident and articulate Sales Coordinator / Customer Sales Support Representative with 2–4 years of experience in handling customer interactions over phone and email. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing both inbound and outbound calls professionally. This is a full-time, on-site role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist cilents and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales & design) to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and records in CRM or call tracking software.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments or demos as required by the sales team.
  • Lead generation through follow-ups, client outreach, research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions.
  • Provide feedback to management based on customer conversations and common issues.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Confident phone presence and ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or call tracking systems is a plus.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in B2B or technical service-based industries is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with customer support scripts or call handling protocols.
