Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, supporting the sales team, and ensuring efficient communication with clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
Maintain and update the sales database and CRM systems.
Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up processes.
Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
