Educational Qualification & Experience


• Preferably Graduate with 5+ years of experience

in automobile premium vehicle sales

• Should possess good knowledge and

understanding of automotive technologies

• Should be tech Savvy and conversant with

digital tools.


Overview of the Role


The Premium Sales Consultant is responsible for selling premium vehicles with the objective of achieving Volume and Customer Satisfaction standards. Assist customers in determining vehicle needs and completing financing and paperwork, wherever applicable. Build customer loyalty and increase Customer Satisfaction through professionalism, trust worthiness, sincerity, a positive attitude and a business-like appearance in every customer touch point.


Key Responsibilities


• Ensure Sales and super active customer experience for the premium customers by following the right Sales process (Inc. Experiential test drive), explaining all the premium and differentiated features of the vehicle, pitching of right accessories/customization and ensure customer satisfaction.


Key tasks would be:


• Greetings to all customers promptly; provides timely professional service.

• Completes Customer Records (on Sales Genie App) promptly and accurately.

• Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to

identify needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.

• Follows the Sales Process defined while interacting with customers (Hi5, SANKALP2.0).

• Sellsaccessories/customizationbyunderstandingtheneedofcustomerandpitchingappropriately.

• sells Insurance and Finance products.

• Uses all digital aids effectively in customer interaction to drive a superior customer experience (7”,10”tab,

BSH, TDAA, Sales Genie).

• Calls from Sales Genie application only.

• Effective prospects by phone, mail, e-mail and face-to-face.

• Is accurate and timely in completing paperwork and assigned tasks.

• Delivers vehicles to customers in a positive and memorable way.

• Identifies repeat customers and treats them accordingly.

• Calculates and tracks progress of sales and prospect goals and sales deals.

• Maintainscomposureandcourtesyindealingwithcustomersandfellowemployees.

• Maintains an effective customer on system that encourages new, repeat, and referral business and

contributes to customer satisfaction.

• Keeps up to date on Mahindra products and competitor products.

• Tracks competition performance for his assigned territory.


Work Experience and Skills Required


Experience:


• Young, dynamic & passionate person who has an experience

of working at a leadership role, preferably from Automobile

industry.


• In case of Sales Manager, 3-5 yrs of work experience in

team handling role and overall experience of 5-7yrs inSalesfunction.


• In case of Asst. Sales Manager ,2-3 yrs of work experience in

team handling role and overall experience of 4-6 yrs in Sales

function.


• Can lead a team of smart premium SC’s as well as versed with

operational level of work.


• Should be tech Savvy and conversant with digital tools

• Able to explain all the features of premium vehicle with ease

and confidence.


• Connect and engage very effectively with customers (if

need arise).


• Should possess good knowledge and understanding

of auto motive technologies.

• Good communicator, English speaking is must in metros,

go-getter attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, story teller
