Sales Consultant

Role Overview: As a Premium Sales Consultant at NBS International Limited, you will be responsible for selling premium vehicles with the objective of achieving Volume and Customer Satisfaction standards. Your main role will involve assisting customers in determining vehicle needs, completing financing and paperwork, and building customer loyalty through professionalism, trustworthiness, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure Sales and super active customer experience for premium customers by following the right Sales process, explaining all premium and differentiated features of the vehicle, pitching right accessories/customization, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Greet all customers promptly, provide professional service, and complete Customer Records accurately. - Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate. - Follow the defined Sales Process while interacting with customers and use digital aids effectively for a superior customer experience. - Sell accessories/customization by understanding customer needs and pitching appropriately, including insurance and finance products. - Prospect effectively through various channels and maintain composure and courtesy while dealing with customers and fellow employees. - Keep up to date on Mahindra products, competitor products, and track competition performance in the assigned territory. Qualification Required: - Preferably Graduate with 5+ years of experience in automobile premium vehicle sales. - Good knowledge and understanding of automotive technologies. - Tech-savvy and conversant with digital tools. - Experience in a leadership role in the Automobile industry, with team handling experience preferred. - Excellent communicator with English proficiency, go-getter attitude, and well-groomed appearance. - Punctual and able to engage effectively with customers.
