Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer-focused service, and handling customer service inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers, coordinating aftersales services, and ensuring the prompt resolution of any issues related to vehicle servicing. The Service Advisor will work closely with the service center team to maintain high standards of customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Aftersales procedures
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet Customers professionally and courteously as they arrive at the service station centre.

  • Listen to customer concerns, ask relevant questions, and document vehicle issues accurately.

  • Explain repair needs, coasts, and timelines, to customers in clear and understandable terms.

  • Ensure that all services are completed to company standards and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customers are satisfied with the service provided.

  • Address and resolves customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager when necessary.


Qualification & Requirements


  • Education - Graduate / Diploma in engineering / ITI Any Graduate.
  • Class XI/XII with professional training on automobile course.


Experience : - 2-3 years of experience as Service Advisor in an Automotive dealership or service centre.

  • Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs, particularly 4 wheelers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft office suite.
  • Ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
