Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at ABT Limited, based in Coimbatore, your role will involve greeting customers warmly and understanding their service/repair requirements. You will be responsible for preparing accurate job cards, explaining service details, costs, and timelines to customers. Your coordination with technicians and monitoring of service job progress will be crucial. Providing regular updates to customers on vehicle status and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles after service/repairs are also key responsibilities. Handling customer queries and complaints professionally and escalating when required, as well as maintaining records of customer interactions and following up to ensure satisfaction, will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements. - Prepare accurate job cards and explain service details, costs, and timelines. - Coordinate with technicians and monitor progress of service jobs. - Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status. - Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service/repairs. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate when required. - Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. - Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer handling role in the automobile industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
