Service Advisor

Role Overview: You will be a full-time Service Advisor based in Thamarassery, responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service process. Your main duties will include addressing client inquiries, facilitating aftersales support, coordinating vehicle service schedules, providing clear communication on service recommendations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries - Facilitate aftersales support and coordinate vehicle service schedules - Communicate service recommendations clearly to customers - Ensure high customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their needs - Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize problem-solving skills and expertise in customer conflict resolution - Possess strong multitasking abilities and time management skills - Demonstrate proficiency in customer service with a customer-focused approach - Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Advantageous to have experience in aftersales service and familiarity with automotive services or garage operations - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive certifications are advantageous Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer-focused Service - Strong skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing client expectations - Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication - Experience in Aftersales service is an advantage - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently - Problem-solving skills and customer conflict resolution expertise - Familiarity with automotive services or garage operations is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive certifications are advantageous,
