Position

: Sales Consultant (Primary standardized title: Sales Consultant) — On-site, IndiaRole & Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships across assigned territories through targeted field visits, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Qualify client hiring needs and present tailored staffing and workforce solutions that align with client objectives and budgets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, contract closure, and handover to delivery teams.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and placement targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and client records in CRM; generate sales forecasts and pipeline reports for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful candidate delivery, on-boarding, and SLA compliance.

  • Strong business acumen, target-driven mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with delivery teams.
