Role Overview: As a Customer Service Professional at BT Group, your primary responsibility will be to support customers across all channels, ensuring customer value and success through support excellence and expertise in the BT Group's solution portfolio. You will play a crucial role in implementing customer service management plans to realize customer value, drive retention, and facilitate renewals.
