Sales Coach

As a Sales Training Manager for a reputed chain of preschools and High Schools with a presence in multiple countries, you will play a crucial role in training Sales Managers across India. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of franchise sales teams. - Providing training on key franchise-related concepts, processes, and legal considerations to ensure thorough understanding of the franchise model by franchise sales representatives. - Designing and conducting in-person and online training sessions covering lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, sales presentation, closing techniques, and post-sale franchisee support. - Working closely with new and existing franchise sales team members to provide on-the-job training, including shadowing during client calls, meetings, and presentations. - Conducting role-playing exercises and mock sales calls to simulate real-life franchise sales interactions and ensure adherence to best practices. - Training the sales team on the entire franchise sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to post-sale support, and equipping them with necessary tools and resources. - Providing continuous coaching, performance feedback, and personalized development plans to drive sales success and overcome skill gaps. - Collaborating with leadership to align training programs with company sales strategies, goals, and market trends, and working with other teams to ensure effective communication and messaging alignment. - Supporting the sales team in identifying high-potential franchisee candidates and guiding them through the sales funnel.
