As a Sales Specialist AV at AV Dynamic, your role will involve driving sales, developing client relationships, and delivering tailored AV solutions to meet customer needs. To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of AV products, industry trends, and sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth. Your responsibilities will include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, conducting technical needs assessments and site surveys, collaborating with engineering and design teams, presenting AV solutions to clients, maintaining deep product knowledge of AV systems, training and mentoring sales team members, managing key vendor relationships, preparing detailed proposals and scopes of work, responding to RFPs and RFQs, supporting post-sale transitions, maintaining accurate sales records, forecasts, and achieving sales targets. To qualify for this role, you should ideally have a Master/Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in AV sales, account management, or a related role. You should possess a strong understanding of AV solutions, sales skills, excellent communication abilities, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and AV design tools. This position may require occasional travel to client sites and industry events and will be based in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, or Delhi-NCR.
