Sales Co-ordinator

Sales Support & Coordination: Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and agreements. Handle inquiries from clients and provide timely responses. Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, operations) for smooth order processing. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and reports. Track sales orders, deliveries, and payments. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports for management. Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and feedback. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution. Maintain and update client contact details in CRM systems. Team & Process Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and sales reviews. Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing backend assistance. Coordinate with marketing for promotional materials, events, and campaigns. Administrative Tasks: Manage communication between clients and sales staff. Maintain proper filing of sales documents and agreements. Assist in preparation of tenders, contracts, and business presentations. Skills & Competencies Required:Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Knowledge of CRM tools/software will be an added advantage.
