Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. Your job is to help with daily tasks, manage customer orders, and keep things running smoothly. You’ll be a key part of the team, making sure everything is organized and on time. Key Responsibilities:  Help the sales team with day-to-day tasks  Communicate with customers to take and follow up on orders  Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and order confirmations  Keep records of sales, customer details, and inventory  Coordinate with other departments like logistics and accounts  Schedule meetings, calls, or product demos for the sales team  Assist in preparing reports and tracking sales performance  Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner Requirements:  Experience in sales support or admin roles is a bonus  Good communication and people skills  Organized and detail-oriented  Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)  Able to multitask and work under pressure
