Sales Co-ordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with existing customers, pitching products and/or services, identifying new sales leads, researching organizations and individuals online to identify potential new markets, and contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport. Additionally, you will plan and oversee new marketing initiatives, attend conferences and meetings, prepare presentations, develop quotes and proposals, negotiate with clients, and ensure sales goals are met. You will also be involved in training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain good relationships with existing customers - Pitch products and/or services - Identify new sales leads - Research organizations and individuals online - Contact potential clients via email or phone - Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives - Attend conferences, meetings, and industrial events - Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays - Develop quotes and proposals - Negotiate with clients - Develop sales goals for the team - Train personnel and help team members develop their skills Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field - Immediate joiners Additional Information: Experience in Tele calling, IT Hardware/Networking Industry is preferred. You should be socially adaptable, good in negotiations, able to provide quality leadership to a small team of salespeople, have strong communication and IT fluency, in-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events preferred, ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines, skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations, attention to detail, excellent time management and organization. Proficiency in speaking Kannada will be a plus. Please note that the job type is Full-time with a performance bonus in the compensation package. The schedule is a day shift and the education requirement is a Bachelor's degree. The preferred total work experience is 2 years. The work location is in person.,
