Location: Coimbatore Experience: 1–2 Years Gender Preference: Male Education: Diploma or Degree (Any Discipline) Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month Software Skills Required: ERP Next and/or Tally Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Entry Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in purchase data entry, with hands-on knowledge of ERP Next or Tally software. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a good understanding of procurement and inventory processes. Key Responsibilities: Enter purchase orders, invoices, and receipts accurately into ERP Next / Tally Verify supplier bills with purchase orders and delivery notes Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices Assist in tracking inventory and coordinating with the warehouse team Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations and delivery timelines Generate purchase reports and assist in audit documentation Support the Purchase Manager in daily operations Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in purchase or inventory data entry Proficient in ERP Next or Tally Good communication skills in English and Tamil Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Resident of Coimbatore (mandatory) Male candidates preferred, as per job requirement Benefits: Fixed salary between ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 based on experience Opportunities for career growth within the procurement team Supportive work environment Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift
