Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with customers, sales team, and production team for order execution. Handle order processing, follow up on purchase orders, and maintain accurate sales records. Communicate with clients regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and assist in contract documentation. Follow up with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch. Maintain and update sales reports, trackers, and databases. Support the sales team in organizing exhibitions, client visits, and product presentations. Manage email communication and respond to client inquiries promptly. Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by providing backend support. Coordinate with accounts team for payment follow-ups and invoice tracking. Requirements: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support (preferably in the clothing or textile industry). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Skills: Excellent coordination and follow-up skills. Knowledge of clothing/textile industry operations.
