Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Coordinator to support and drive the sales team’s success. This role involves coordinating sales activities, tracking performance against targets, managing key customer interactions, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Target Execution

  • Support sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Indeed

  • Proactively follow up on leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline activities to ensure progress toward targets.

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate daily sales activities, schedules, and meetings to align team efforts toward targets.
  • Prepare, process, and manage sales orders, quotations, and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with sales data, customer interaction histories, and performance results.
  • Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and performance dashboards for review with the Sales Manager.
  • Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials to help close business.

Customer & Internal Communication

  • Serve as a key contact point for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order status updates.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and operations teams to ensure aligned execution of sales campaigns and goals.
  • Escalate customer feedback and market insights to help refine sales strategies.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or target-driven role.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and external customers.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to report on sales performance and metrics.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a target-oriented sales environment or achieving sales metrics.
  • Ability to forecast, plan, and execute sales activities in a performance-driven environment.
  • High energy, proactive attitude, and keen attention to detail.
