What You’ll Own


Lead Handling & Pipeline Management


  • Handle inbound leads and proactively generate outbound opportunities across Indian and international markets.
  • Qualify prospects based on business stage, monthly spends, and growth readiness
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with clear deal stages
  • Close deals consistently while hitting monthly revenue targets
  • Develop and manage vendor partnerships for referrals and bulk-order opportunities


Client Consultation & Growth Pitching


  • Diagnose business problems using metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, and retention
  • Position growth solutions as business investments, not cost centers
  • Pitch

  1. Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube)
  2. Retention Marketing (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, CRM journeys)
  3. Creative Strategy (ad creatives, UGC, landing pages)
  4. Influencer Marketing (creator-led campaigns & collaborations)
  5. Align marketing execution with revenue, profitability, and scale


Proposals, Pricing & Closures


  • Create customised proposals based on brand maturity and goals
  • Close monthly retainers, creative packages, and influencer campaigns
  • Handle pricing discussions, objections, and negotiations confidently
  • Upsell retention, creatives, and influencer services to existing clients


Client Onboarding & Internal Coordination


  • Act as the bridge between clients and CS Team 
  • Ensure smooth onboarding with clear expectations and timelines
  • Clearly brief the CS team on the brand, including competitors, target zones/markets, strengths, and limitations
  • Coordinate with performance, creative, and retention teams for execution
  • Support renewals, account expansion, and long-term partnerships


Reporting, CRM & Forecasting


  • Maintain CRM with accurate deal stages and notes
  • Track conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue closures
  • Forecast monthly revenue and share weekly sales updates with leadership
  • Continuously optimise the sales process for higher conversion


What We’re Looking For


Must-Have


  • 3–4 years of sales experience in a digital marketing, growth or performance roles
  • Strong understanding of paid media, retention marketing, and creative-led growth
  • Ability to confidently explain LTV vs CAC trade-offs to founders
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable owning targets in a fully remote environment


Good-to-Have


  • Experience selling to D2C or e-commerce brands
  • Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads, influencer workflows
  • Prior experience in an agency or growth consultancy
