About the Role

We are looking for a Retention Marketing Associate to help us set up, execute, and report on retention campaigns for multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of creative copywriting, campaign execution, and data reporting, with a strong eagerness to learn.

You’ll work closely with the retention strategist and brand managers to ensure smooth campaign flows, timely reporting, and effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Flows & Automations: Assist in setting up and maintaining automated retention flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Repeat Purchase, Win-back).
• Campaign Execution: Schedule and manage WhatsApp, Email, and SMS campaigns across retention tools (e.g., SagePilot, BIK.ai, Klaviyo, MoEngage, Mailchimp).
• Copywriting: Draft short, engaging marketing copies for campaigns (WhatsApp, Email subject lines, SMS).
• Reporting: Prepare client-facing performance reports using Google Sheets/Excel and present key insights.
• Segmentation: Execute basic audience segmentation (e.g., first-time vs repeat buyers, AOV brackets, non-buyers vs buyers).
• Retention Levers: Support implementation of strategies such as discounts, hidden offers, bundles, loyalty nudges, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0.5 – 2 years of experience in digital marketing / retention marketing / CRM execution.
• Familiarity with retention/CRM tools like Klaviyo, MoEngage, Mailchimp, WhatsApp marketing platforms (experience with SagePilot or BIK.ai is a plus).
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting.
• Strong written communication skills (ability to write short, compelling campaign copies).
• Basic understanding of segmentation and customer lifecycle.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines.
