As a seasoned Business Development professional with a proven track record in the civil engineering consultancy sector, you are invited to join our growing team at Sui Generis Infratech. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Sui Generis Infratech is a rapidly expanding civil engineering consultancy firm that specializes in executing high-value, technically complex projects across India. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. You will be expected to analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies. Additionally, you will need to develop and execute comprehensive strategies for lead generation, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and leveraging existing contacts. Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying and targeting key decision-makers within public and private sector organizations. Building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and pain points, will be crucial. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning client requirements with our services as optimal solutions. In this role, you will also lead the development of compelling and customized proposals, presentations, and bids in response to RFPs/RFQs. Collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and our capabilities will be essential. Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. - 10-12 years of progressive experience in Business Development or Sales within the civil engineering consultancy sector. - In-depth understanding of the civil engineering project lifecycle and key stakeholders. - Strong network of contacts within the civil engineering industry. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
