The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding specialized talent for our infrastructure and consultancy projects. This role involves understanding project-specific requirements, sourcing highly qualified experts, and building a robust talent pipeline to support current and future projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment within the infrastructure, engineering, or consultancy sectors and a keen understanding of technical and managerial roles needed for large-scale projects.Role & responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on technical and project management roles in the infrastructure sector.Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards, professional networks, and industry events.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with project managers and senior leadership to understand project-specific needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.Expert Pool Management: Maintain a database of pre-vetted experts, including engineers, architects, project managers, and regulatory consultants who can be mobilized quickly for projects.Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidate suitability through structured interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks.Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to attract and retain top talent.Onboarding Support: Ensure a seamless onboarding process, including contract negotiations, compliance with project requirements, and integration into project teams.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency and candidate experience.Preferred candidate profile Experience: 8+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the infrastructure, construction, or consultancy sectors.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment tools and databases, as well as a working knowledge of project management and architectural roles.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred).
