Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads in IT parks, malls, hospitals, and real estate, pitching smart parking solutions to various stakeholders, conducting market research, leading negotiations, and collaborating with technical teams for seamless implementation. Additionally, you will work towards meeting revenue targets, providing market insights, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and refining sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business leads in IT parks, malls, hospitals, and real estate. - Pitch smart parking solutions to facility managers, operational managers, developers, and infrastructure owners. - Conduct market research to understand pain points and position services effectively. - Lead negotiations, contract closures, and long-term partnership agreements. - Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and demos. - Collaborate with technical teams for seamless implementation of parking solutions. - Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, city planners, and real estate developers. - Work to meet revenue targets and expand business partnerships. - Provide market insights and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies. - Maintain a strong CRM database and follow up on leads. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in tech, IoT, or smart city solutions). - Experience selling IoT solutions, smart parking, real estate tech, or facility automation is a plus. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills. - Understanding of urban infrastructure and parking management is a plus. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment. - Ability to understand technical solutions and convey them to clients effectively. - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.,
