Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee and manage daily operations in our manufacturing and fabrication unit. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership potential, an eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards across all processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production and fabrication activities to ensure efficiency and product quality. Monitor workers, fabrication processes, and equipment to ensure smooth and accurate operations. Assist in planning and maintaining production schedules, ensuring timely completion of fabrication tasks. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, fabrication standards, and company policies. Support in identifying and troubleshooting minor production or fabrication issues, escalating complex matters when needed. Maintain accurate records of fabrication and production output, materials usage, and team performance. Collaborate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to streamline fabrication workflows. Assist in training and mentoring new employees in fabrication procedures and equipment handling. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred). Strong organizational and analytical skills Basic knowledge of metal fabrication, manufacturing processes , and relevant machinery Good communication and leadership qualities Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on environment Other: Valid Driving License is required Show more Show less
