Account Executive (1 to 2 years)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, GST filing, TDS calculations, invoice management, and payment follow-ups. Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and good client-handling skills are essential. Experience with ITR filing will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain day-to-day accounting records.
• Handle GST filing, TDS calculation & compliance.
• Generate invoices and manage client billing.
• Perform payment follow-up with clients and maintain accounts receivable/payable.
• Handle client queries and provide account-related support.
• Maintain accounting entries in Tally and prepare financial reports in Excel.
• Assist in ITR filing and statutory compliance (added advantage).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS & invoicing.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of ITR filing is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance/accounting or relevant field.
