As a Sales Business Development Associate at Parking Alleys, a leading provider of smart parking solutions using IoT, AI-driven guidance systems, and real-time analytics, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business leads in IT parks, malls, hospitals, and real estate. Your responsibilities will include pitching our smart parking solutions to facility managers, Operational Managers, Developers, and infra owners, conducting market research to understand pain points, and positioning our services effectively. Additionally, you will lead negotiations, contract closures, and long-term partnership agreements, assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and demos, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of parking solutions. Building and maintaining relationships with facility managers, city planners, and real estate developers will be essential in meeting revenue targets and expanding business partnerships. Your insights on market trends and competitor analysis will help refine sales strategies. Maintaining a strong CRM database and following up on leads will also be part of your role. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in tech, IoT, or smart city solutions). - Experience selling IoT solutions, smart parking, real estate tech, or facility automation is a plus. - Strong communication & presentation skills. - Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills. - Understanding of urban infrastructure and parking management is a plus. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment. - Ability to understand technical solutions and convey them to clients effectively. - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
