Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential students and parents through calls, emails, social media, and events.
  • Provide detailed information about Medway’s courses, programs, and benefits.
  • Convert leads into enrollments by effectively handling queries and concerns.
  • Keep track of all leads in the database and follow up consistently to maximize conversions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Represent Medway at education fairs, webinars, and outreach programs to generate new leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with enrolled students and parents, offering support even after admission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or academic counseling (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in

    English and Hindi

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with

    MS Office

    and basic

    CRM tools

    is an advantage.
