Key Responsibilities

1. Call & Counselling Audit

• Audit inbound and outbound sales calls of Academic Counsellors for K-12 programs.

• Evaluate offline counselling sessions conducted at centers for quality, accuracy, and process adherence.

• Ensure counsellors follow approved scripts, pitch structure, objection handling, and ethical sales practices.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Assess counselling conversations against defined quality parameters and PW sales SOPs.

• Identify gaps in communication, product knowledge, student need analysis, and closing techniques.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing norms, and academic guidelines.

3. Performance Analysis & Feedback

• Share detailed audit feedback with counsellors, Team Leads, and Center Heads.

• Highlight recurring issues, best practices, and training needs based on audit findings.

• Support counsellors in improving conversion rates through actionable insights.

4. Reporting & Insights

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly audit reports covering call quality, counselling effectiveness, and conversion leakage points.

• Track improvements post-feedback and measure impact on enrollments.

• Share insights with Sales, Training, and Business Heads for continuous improvement.

5. Process Improvement & Training Support

• Collaborate with Sales Training teams to refine counselling frameworks and call scripts.

• Suggest improvements in counselling flow, objection handling, and parent-student engagement.

• Support new joiner certification and refresher audits when required.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience

offline counselling & enrollment processes

• Hands-on experience auditing sales calls and face-to-face counselling sessions.

• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

English, Telugu (mandatory), and Hindi

• Ability to give constructive feedback and work closely with sales teams.

• Willingness to travel across multiple centers in Hyderabad.
