Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Sales Generation: Support efforts to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Knack Studios' services to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Networking: Attend industry events to promote Knack Studios and grow the customer base.
  • Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing Knack Studios’ offerings.
  • Client Transition: Facilitate smooth handovers of clients to the client service team.
  • Reporting: Gather and analyze sales metrics and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
