Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include generating leads, making cold calls, setting up meetings, and closing sales. The role also involves staying updated with product knowledge and market trends to adequately address customer inquiries and objections.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the B2C industry is a plus

Salary: Fixed & Variable – ₹4.5 LPA + ₹2 LPA incentives
