✅ Job Summary:

Sales Associate

Your main goal will be to identify potential business opportunities, understand client needs, and position Delphic as the ideal partner for digital solutions across a broad technology stack.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads across industries needing software development, ERP implementations, data solutions, cloud infrastructure, mobile apps, UI/UX design, and more.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events).
  • Understand the client’s digital transformation challenges and propose solutions aligned with our tech stack.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to craft tailored proposals and solution presentations.
  • Engage with key decision-makers on daily basis either virtually or Physically
  • Manage and update leads, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Candidate must be ready to meet B2B client on Regular basis

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B software/IT solution sales.
  • Strong understanding of the IT technologies is a major plus
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion).
  • Willingness to travel (if required.
