Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their property needs, presenting high-end residential and commercial advisory, and providing investment consulting for HNIs, NRIs, and institutional clients. Day-to-day tasks include client relationship management, conducting market research, property site visits, and assisting with legal documentation and closing processes.

• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills
• Market Research and Property Site Visit skills
• Knowledge in Legal Documentation and Closing processes
• Understanding of High-end Residential & Commercial Advisory
• Experience in Investment Consulting for HNIs, NRIs, and institutional clients
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a must
