Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, coordinating with the product and supply chain teams, and participating in sales meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of the construction and infrastructure industry is a plus
