Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Support Executive to join our team on-site at our Surat location. In this role, you will manage client relationships, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent client support. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, providing pre- and post-sales support, maintaining client records, and collaborating across teams to improve client experience and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, client engagement, and interpersonal skills
• Sales and business development experience, with a focus on achieving targets
• Knowledge in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic documentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Professional background in finance, trading, or technology is an added advantage
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field is preferred
